All opportunities must be registered and reviewed for approval by Prometheus Group on behalf of ‘Partner Company’.
Compensation: Prometheus Group will pay ‘Partner’ a partner fee on software licenses sold to an approved Sales Prospect and accepted Referral based on the existing Referral Agreement between the two.
Validated Opportunity: ‘Partner’ must register all opportunities via the below form and the request must be approved in writing by Prometheus Group before any partner fee will be paid. Registration of an opportunity does not guarantee approval of said opportunity.
Terms: Payment of the partner fee for an accepted Referral sold to an Approved Customer shall be paid per the existing Software Partnership Agreement.
