Melanie Hardin is a graduate of The University of Maryland in Information Systems. She has over 25 years of experience working with EAM systems in consulting, account management, and sales roles. She has worked with customers across all industries to better understand their business issues and devise solutions using the Maximo product. The majority of her career was spent at PSDI/MRO Software and at IBM in a few different capacities, including as a Federal Sales Executive. She also worked at General Dynamics Information Technologies (GDIT) to run their business development efforts to expand their Federal and Commercial footprint. Melanie joined Solufy in December 2016 as a Sales Account Manager where she assisted customers who want to streamline their planning and scheduling processes. She is now an Account Manager at Prometheus Group. Melanie is married with three children and seven grandchildren, whom she tries to visit as often as she can.
