Roser Consys: Admin - Basic
The Admin Basics training contains two training modules: User management and General admin actions. In the User management training, students learn to set up and maintain the Roser user management. After completing the training, students are able to correctly set up user profiles, so all users have the required permission to execute their specific activities in the software. The second module, General admin actions, teaches students how to execute activities that are part of the administrator�s daily work process, like setting up projects, importing data into the software, and correctly adding document folders and attachments to scopes. Students also gain knowledge about the Roser asset data setup.

With the Bid-IT application, you send, receive and compare digital tenders and quotation requests based on the scope information in Systems-IT. This course will teach you how to determine what contractors need to include in their offer to ensure bid requests can easily be compared. In this course, you will learn how to create and prepare scope requests so a well-educated decision can be made about scope execution.

In the admin module Scope-IT, students learn to set up Scope-IT so end users can create scopes and add detail information to accommodate a premeditated decision about scope execution.

In the admin module Systems-IT Procurement, students learnto set up the Procurement module in Systems-IT so the costs for the work thatneeds to be executed can be determined, based on the work preparation.
