Since its founding in 1998, Prometheus Group has grown through a combination of in-house innovation and strategic acquisitions to support the full asset management lifecycle—from planning and scheduling to operations, maintenance, safety, engineering, and asset performance. 

This journey began with the launch of our own Planning & Scheduling solution in 2002 and has continued with the integration of key companies like Solufy, Roser Consys, VIZIYA, and Utopia Global.  

Each acquisition has been made with our customers in mind, deliberately enhancing the platform to provide a more comprehensive and streamlined solution across Master Data Governance, Shutdown, Turnaround, and Outage Management, and Asset Performance Management. 

This history of intentional growth ensures our platform remains at the forefront of the industry, providing clients with a robust and integrated suite of tools that drive operational excellence and enable a shift from reactive to proactive maintenance and operations strategies.
