In this role, Cleve will lead the Oracle and Maximo sales teams, focusing on equipping them with the strategies, training, and insights needed to deliver solutions that drive measurable customer value. His leadership will be instrumental in helping our teams connect more meaningfully with customers and deliver outcomes that matter.
With 19 years at Oracle and over 25 years in the software industry, Cleve has a proven track record of helping organizations harness technology to solve complex challenges and achieve lasting business results. His approach centers on aligning sales, marketing, and product teams around the customer journey—ensuring every interaction is impactful and every partnership is built to last. Before Oracle, Cleve spent nearly 7 years at Sun Microsystems and over two years with IT Services and Consulting provider Microserve.
